Desired qualifications include; 5-7 years of responsible secretarial experience, extensive knowledge of MS Word and Outlook, type 60 words per minute, have internet knowledge, able to take minutes and dictation, ability to interpret and apply administrative policies and procedures, meet deadlines and effectively deal with the clients, Insurance, Investments Companies and NEXT Financial Group, Inc. home office.
